Julia Chehaiber is the Senior Operations Manager of the Ottawa Methods Centre (OMC) providing administrative oversight of program-wide initiatives and the delivery of professional research services offered by the OMC. Julia’s professional background includes business development, operations, and relationship management in the non-profit sector., Julia holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Electronic Business, as well as an interdisciplinary Master’s in Electronic Business Technologies from the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management and the Faculty of Engineering. She is a Cornell Certified Diversity Practitioner (CCDP/AP) and is passionate about linking diversity & inclusion strategies to increased organizational effectiveness and business performance.
