Learning Objectives:

1. Gain understanding of fundamental mechanisms of ubiquitin signaling in brain development
2. Gain understanding of how ubiquitin signaling is deregulated in genetic neurodevelopmental disorders: Ferguson-Bonni syndrome and Hao-Fountain syndrome
3. Update on an open label Phase 1 trial of Rugonersen in children with Angelman syndrome
