1) Translational Medicine: collaborations with lab scientists, students and technicians to bring bench-side research to clinical trials in patients with cancer

2) Cellular Immunotherapy: working with physicians and scientists across Canada to bring Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cells (CAR-T cells) to Canadian patients through the Canadian-Led Immunotherapies in Cancer (CLIC) program

3) Stem cell transplantation in hematologic malignancies: primary focus is in reducing relapse rates post-transplant including graft-versus-host disease.

4) Clinical Epidemiology: with a focus on statistical methods such as decision modelling and meta-analyses, an effort to use these tools in studying stem cell transplant recipients and patients with hematologic malignancies.
