Research involves various topics in medical education and research methodology:

1) Performance based assessment; OSCE, mini-CEX
2) Non Physician Raters
3) Feedback
4) Consensus group methods (Delphi and Nominal group)

She has developed a special interest in consensus group techniques (Delphi, Nominal group) used in medical education and has completed  two reviews and a guide.
