Centre for Rehabilitation Research and Development

The Centre for Rehabilitation Research and Development (CRRD) of The Ottawa Hospital Rehabilitation Centre (TOHRC) is directly affiliated with the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. The Centre fosters rehabilitation-specific research and facilitates the development of research partnerships and networking activities with a focus on the clinical and practical application to rehabilitation services. The Centre for Rehabilitation Research and Development (CRRD) of The Ottawa Hospital Rehabilitation Centre (TOHRC) is a part of the Clinical Epidemiology Program of the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. 

Locally, CRRD coordinates research efforts at TOHRC itself, managing everything from longitudinal projects to program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives. Our researchers collaborate with investigators across Canada and internationally including investigators at clinical facilities in Slovenia, Australia and the United States, with high relevance to and the broader rehabilitation community.
