Server logs
We are continuously improving the user experience on our website so that visitors can easily and quickly find the information they want. To do this, we need to know what information visitors access most often. We may do this by tracking statistics such as IP address, browser type, domain name, access times and referring website addresses.
When you come to our website, the site will check which browser you are using (i.e. Safari, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome etc.). The website will automatically show you the best version of the website for your browser. We do not link server log information to any other data in a way that would enable us to identify individual visitors.
Cookies and passive collection (tracking technologies)

OHRI uses CookieYes to manage how cookies load on the site. CookieYes lets you choose which optional cookies you accept. It also blocks analytics and marketing cookies until you give consent. This supports privacy laws in different regions and gives you more control over your data.
How cookies are used:
- Remember your preferences when you personalize pages.
- Support registration based services by storing basic information.
- Retrieve previously provided details when you return to the site.
- Support patient care, research or charitable initiatives when required.
You can control cookie use through your browser settings or through the CookieYes banner on our website. You may allow all cookies, allow selected categories or decline optional cookies. If you choose to disable cookies entirely, some site features may not function as intended because many online services rely on them.
