- Provide a general overview of how local brain blood flow is controlled and why it is important
- Show how astrocytes contribute to local blood flow regulation in health
- If time, I will briefly touch on how astrocyte-mediated local brain blood flow control is disrupted in Alzheimer’s disease in a sex dependent manner.
