Bio

Dr. Zayed completed her medical degree at McGill University, followed by a Radiation Oncology residency at Western University. She further specialized with a fellowship at the Sunnybrook Hospital Odette Cancer Centre, focusing on CNS and GI malignancies as well as MRI-LINAC technology. In addition to her clinical training, Dr. Zayed holds a Master's in Public Health and Epidemiology from Harvard University.

Research Goals and Interests

Dr. Sondos Zayed's research focuses on innovative radiotherapy techniques for treating central nervous system (CNS) and gastrointestinal (GI) malignancies. She has a strong interest in conducting systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and pragmatic clinical trials to address pressing and practical questions in oncology.
