Bio
Dr. Rodney Breau is a Surgical Oncologist, Professor of Urology at The University of Ottawa, and Senior Scientist at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. He attended medical school at Dalhousie University and urology residency at the University of Ottawa. He completed his Urologic Oncology and Robotic Surgery Fellowship at Mayo Clinic and received a Master of Science in Clinical and Translational Research from Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education.
Dr. Breau leads several clinical trials in urologic oncology and transfusion medicine and has authored over 200 publications on these topics. He is the Chair a large national cohort of patients with Kidney Cancer (CKCis) and the Chair of the Canadian Urology Association Clinical Practice Guidelines.
