Data Analysis

Protein identification and quantitation is typically performed by matching observed spectra to protein sequences using Fragpipe software. 

Maxquant and Mascot (in-house server) are also available upon request.

Further data analysis and visualization is performed with Fragpipe-Analyst, PDV Viewer,  We also have a Scaffold license so that clients can navigate their results with the free viewer.
